We dispatch Monday to Friday from our workshop in Grays, UK.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, as advertised on the Royal Mail website. They do not take into account any delays that may occur due to matters beyond Royal Mail's reasonable control (such as war, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, fire, floods, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown (including of machinery, equipment, and vehicles), customs service processing time, etc.

International Delivery

You can choose from 3 international delivery options for your international orders:

• Royal Mail International Standard, to keep costs down for you
• Royal Mail International Tracked, to keep track of your item(s) on their way to you
• Parcelforce Worldwide globalexpress, to make sure your item(s) get(s) to you as quickly as possible.

If you have a preferred delivery provider, we are happy to organise this for you, so please contact us.

Customs fees

When you are ordering from us (unless if you are from another EU Country), please be aware that your order may incur additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

If an item ordered by you on dadagraphix.com is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email us at contact@dadagraphix.com for a replacement. Please note that a used item is not liable for replacement.

We do our best to describe all items we have for sale accurately. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

You can return unopened item(s) within 8 days from the time you receive your item(s). When you return your item(s), just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item(s) and the note with the order number into a secure package and send it to our address below:

Refund will be issued once we have received your returned items.The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
